Rosemark Development Group is a collaboration between Anne Rosen, president of Zing! Development Strategies and Mark Cytrybaum, the president of Old Vine Property Group for the $50 million Mayfair project. Both Rosen and Cytrybaum have extensive experience in real estate acquisition and development.
Property managers in Denver reveal that Rosemark at Mayfair will have 163 high end apartments and 88 of these units are living/memory care facility for senior citizens. The 72,000 square-foot Mayfair project is situated at 833 Jersey st. (E. 8th Ave. at Jersey) Denver, CO. The site is accessible to Mayfair Town Center, retail, hospitals and medical services.
Rosemark at Mayfair is co-owned by Pomeroy Living. Pomeroy living is based in Michigan and owns more than 500 senior assisted care and memory care centers all over the Midwest. Camille Thompson, CEO of Christian Living Services and the operating partner of Rosemark at Mayfair reveal that prospective residents will be living in a boutique hotel that is integrated with the community. The residents will be able to access a wide variety of care options to choose from.
Roesemark at Mayfair had it’s ground breaking last October 2014 and will be catering to the needs of our senior citizens this winter.
