Earlier this month, McCaffery Interests Inc. announced that their Denver office located at Equitable Building at 730 17th St. is now open for business.
The Chicago-based commercial real estate firm has developed over $2 billion in properties for 25 years running. Over the years, McCaffery Interests has built an impressive portfolio, the firm developed a wide array of projects, this includes mixed-used building, residential properties, mater-planned communities and land development plays.
Dan McCaffery, the CEO of McCaffery Interests Inc. has partnered with a Denver local to head its Denver office. Glen Sibley, a veteran commercial real estate executive will lead McCaffery Interests Denver office. Sibley has 26 years of developing and managing various commercial real estate projects.
Sibley’s previous projects have been commended by Denver property managers. Some of Sibley’s projects in Denver include the Museum Residences and the Art Hotel located at 12th Avenue and Broadway, beside the Denver Art Museum, the El Jebel Shrine building in North Denver, the Embassy Hotel at the Denver International Airports and just recently, the Littleton Adventist Hospital’s new Center for Radiation Oncology.
When asked to comment about heading the Denver office for McCaffery, Sibley related that he is thrilled to once again team up with Dan McCaffery, who he believes to be one of the most creative people in the business.
