My name is Tim Groonell and I’m a associate broker and property manager here at Woodruff Property Management. I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself and point out some areas which I think distinguish us from other property management companies. I've been a property manager since January of 1995, I own rental properties and my Parents have been in the rental business since I was 10 years old so you might say I've been around the industry my whole life. I grew up in Fairfield Connecticut and graduated from Roger Ludlowe High School and then went Colorado Mountain College and Regis University so I'm very familiar with the area. Beside my passion for real estate I enjoy skiing, hiking, traveling and always looking for a great restaurant.
Morgan's life became a lot brighter when she moved here from Chicago. After 2 years of exploring Colorado, she has fallen in love. In her free time, you can find her at a local concert, climbing a mountain crag, or hanging with her fur babies. She is our new office manager and broker with over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and superior customer service. Morgan is eager to provide strong support for the Woodruff team as well as our clients.
Emily Erickson is a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate and Property Manager who has been in the Real Estate Industry throughout her entire career from South Florida to Colorado. I have been a home owner for 10 years and a property manager for my own portfolio for 6. I understand the challenges and time involved with construction, maintenance and evaluating home rental prices in the Denver Area. I pride myself on the personal relationships I develop with owners and tenants. I will treat your property with same care and concern I do with my own.
Year 2009 changed J. Andrew Woodruff’s life. He had just finished renovating a 3,300 sq. ft. house in Uptown. At that time, no real estate was selling and he was close to bankruptcy. But he had an idea! Why not rent it out and move somewhere much cheaper? From there Woodruff Real Estate and Property Management was born. The first paperless property management company in the country specifically targeting high-end homes that couldn’t sell.
Troy Herman understands the Colorado housing market more than anyone else having been raised in Denver and lived in Aurora for years. With a high level of responsibility, honesty, and integrity Troy is ready to deliver a successful real estate property management experience for his clients.
Located at the confluence of Little Dry Creek and the South Platte River in the heart of the Denver Metro Area, Englewood, Colorado, is an independent, full-service city with small-town charm and comprehensive, up-to-date facilities and services. With a population of less than 40,000, Englewood is home to the private University of Denver, which accounts for its intimate college-town feel. Englewood offers the best of all possible worlds: proximity to metropolitan Denver, location on a major transportation corridor, outdoor adventure less than an hour away, and a host of big-city amenities within and administered by Englewood itself. The Englewood city center is an accommodating hodge-podge of residential and retail development, with pedestrian-friendly streets and walkways and diverse transportation options including bus, light rail, and bike corridors. Since around 2000, Englewood has opened a new Civic Center and library, the Pirates Cove water park, and multi-million-dollar improvements to the rest of the park and trail system. The Englewood economy is anchored around several nationally-recognized hospitals such as the Swedish Medical Center whose roots go back to 1905. Among sightseeing destinations, the restored Gothic Theater, a stunning Art-Deco hall dating to the 1920s, is a must-see. Two large reservoirs in or adjacent to Englewood offer swimming, boating, and other water recreation. The city’s recreation center has also been recently updated.
At Woodruff Property Management there is always a dedicated team who will treat your home as their own.
