Tenant Placement
For
those out of state or simply without enough time to find a rental property.
1) We will search our data bases for a property that meets your needs.
2) We will send you and email with all available properties.
3) Pick ten that we will visit, take pictures, sketch the floor plan, and write an evaluation.
4) Pick 3 of these properties for us to show you when you are ready (or in town).
5) Sign a lease for your new home!
Cost: 1 month's rent. $500 down, the remainder upon lease signing.
